Sundaram “Naga” Nagarajan serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nordson Corporation, innovative, precision technology company focused on delivering top tier growth with leading margins and returns in diversified, attractive end markets around the world. Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Nagarajan had a 23-year career with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW), a Fortune 200 company, where he had roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President, ITW Automotive OEM Segment, a $3+ billion business segment.
Mr. Nagarajan serves as the member of Board of Directors of Wesco International (NYSE: WCC) and Greater Cleveland Partnership. In addition, he serves as a Board of Trustee of Manufacturers Alliance and Hawken School. Mr. Nagarajan most recently served as the member of Board of Directors of Sonoco Products Company (NYSE: SON). He is also a member of the Advisory Board of IACS, Indo-American Community Services.
Mr. Nagarajan earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from South Gujarat University, India, an MBA from Wright State University, a M.S. and Ph.D. in materials science from Auburn University.

Daniel Hopgood serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nordson Corporation. Mr. Hopgood joined Nordson in May of 2024, bringing more than 25 years of financial and operational expertise to the CFO role.
Prior to joining Nordson, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN), a $23 billion multinational power management company. Most recently, he served as Eaton’s controller and chief accounting officer. Prior to joining Eaton, he was vice president, aftermarket Americas for Meritor, Inc. (NYSE: MTOR), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of commercial vehicle components and systems, where he ran the day-to-day aftermarket business, gaining first-hand general management experience.
Mr. Hopgood serves as vice chair of the Ohio, Northern Kentucky and West Virginia board of the American Cancer Society. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Oakland University in Michigan.
Jim DeVries serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain Management and Environmental Health & Safety. He leads the global continuous improvement team tasked with setting productivity goals, defining key metrics, ensuring overall process consistency across the company, and leading large enterprise step-change projects.
Mr. DeVries began his Nordson career in 1985 as an engineer in the company’s Industrial Coating Systems segment. Prior to being named Executive Vice President in February 2018, Mr. DeVries was the Vice President of Global Continuous Improvement from October 2010 through February 2018. Previously, Mr. DeVries served as systems engineering manager and Vice President of Adhesive Dispensing Systems, North America and China Engineering & Operations. In 2008, he was responsible for two Nordson facilities that were named winners in IndustryWeek magazine’s prestigious Best Plants competition. These manufacturing plants were recognized for excellence in operational improvements, agile production systems, supplier partnerships, customer focus, employee empowerment, quality systems, management practices, proactive environmental and safety practices, and manufacturing capability.
Mr. DeVries earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
Joseph Kelley serves as the Executive Vice President leading Nordson's Industrial Precision Solutions (IPS) segment, which delivers proprietary dispensing and material processing technology for end markets such as consumer non-durable, durable, industrial and precision agriculture.
Mr. Kelley joined Nordson in 2020 serving as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the company’s accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, internal audit and investor relations functions.
Mr. Kelley started his career in progressive finance and auditing roles. In 2012, he joined Materion, a $1.1 billion global manufacturer, and in 2015 was ultimately promoted to chief financial officer, leading accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, procurement and investor relations. Prior to joining Materion, he had a variety of progressive financial and accounting roles at companies including Lincoln Electric and PolyOne Corporation.
Mr. Kelley has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from John Carroll University.
Stephen Lovass serves as an Executive Vice President, leading the Medical and Fluid Solutions (MFS) segment, which includes the Company's fluid management solutions for medical, high-tech industrial and other diverse end markets.
Mr. Lovass joined Nordson in 2016 as the leader of the Industrial Coatings Systems business. Most recently, he led the Strategy and Corporate Development Group. Prior to joining Nordson, Mr. Lovass served as president for one of the global sensors and controls businesses at Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR), a $21 billion Fortune 200 diversified science and technology company. Mr. Lovass has held senior roles in strategic planning and general management based in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Lovass, a certified public accountant (Australian equivalent), earned a B.S. of commerce from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Mr. Subramanian joined Nordson in 2006 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility in corporate development, as well as leading the Nordson EFD business. Most recently, he was vice president of the Electronics Processing Solutions business. Prior to joining Nordson, Srini worked at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
Mr. Subramanian earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from Anna University in India. He continued his education earning a PH.D. in chemical engineering from The University of Akron and an MBA from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He currently serves on the board of directors for IDS, a technology start-up based in New Mexico. Mr. Subramanian is passionate about educational advancement and also serves on the board of directors of Lorain County Community College and the UC San Diego Corporate Affiliate program.
Lara Mahoney serves as the Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, joining the Company in April of 2018.
Prior to joining Nordson, Ms. Mahoney was Vice President, Investor Relations & Marketing Communications for Invacare Corporation, where she held positions of increasing responsibility since 2004.
Ms. Mahoney holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media from the University of Mount Union.
David Zgonc serves as Vice President of the Nordson MEDICAL Interventional Solutions business, responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of critical components for complex interventional medical devices.
Mr. Zgonc began his career at Nordson in 1998 in the Company’s Adhesive Dispensing Systems business and has held roles of increasing responsibility in product management, sales, engineering and operations functions for packaging, product assembly and nonwovens divisions. Most recently, he served as Director of Engineering and Operations for Nordson’s EFD division prior to assuming leadership roles in the Nordson MEDICAL Interventional Solutions business in 2015.
Mr. Zgonc earned a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
Justin Hall serves as Vice President, Electronic Processing Systems, part of Nordson’s Advanced Technology Solutions business segment.
Mr. Hall joined Nordson's ICS business in 2006 as an application engineer, and has subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility, including leadership roles for the Nordson Sealant Equipment and automotive businesses globally. Most recently, Mr. Hall served as general manager, Nordson MEDICAL Fluid Components, where he led the implementation of NBS Next as one of the first divisions involved in the NBS Next pilot program.
Mr. Hall holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Cleveland State University and an MBA from the University of Northern Colorado.
